I was browsing through a forum and I found a great site where you can find free available domain names with PR. The guy is a domain name expert and he gives a list of all the domain with a valid PR. He also updates his list quite often, sometimes even 3-4 times a day. So, you can find many nice domains there.

The site is called mywordismybond.com and you can find list of available domains at this page. He checks each domain for valid PR and only when the PR is valid, he displays them on his site. You can find many PR3 or less domains but if you are lucky you can even get PR4 or PR5 domains for sale at very low prices.

But I would like to mention one important thing about creating website on expired domains with PR that it is not advisable because Google don’t like expired domains and you may lose the PR of the domain in the next update. If you are really serious about creating a good website, always start from a new domain and get some backlinks from other blogs and sites. Getting a PR in 3 months is not that hard because I have many websites which become PR4 from PR0 just in a matter of a few months.
